Specials Board

Chicken and leek soup 5.25.

Pan fried chicken livers, smoked bacon, cream and mushroom sauce finished with a splash of brandy and served on a crispy French bread crouton. 6.25.

Piedmontese roasted peppers with black olives, plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic on grilled polenta with smoky red peper dressing, basil oil and rocket leaves 6.25/12.95.

Bramble
Plymouth Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, Crème de Mure (blackberry liqueur)
and crushed ice. Sweet and sour, strong and punchy with a blackberry finish.

Bloody Mary
Our own chilli Vodka, fresh tomato juice, lime, dry sherry,
celery salt and black pepper, shaken with Tabasco, a classic!

Reformed Negroni
Bombay Sapphire, punt e mes and Campari, stirred on ice and finished
with a splash of soda. Bitter and dry but very tasty and refreshing.

Dark ‘n’ Stormy
Dark rum, fresh lime and sugar syrup charged with
ginger beer. Deliciously spicy with a kick from the ginger.

Hot Passion
Passion fruit liqueur, Stoli Razpberi, cranberry, orange and passion fruit juice,
shaken and served long over ice. Fruity and refreshing with a touch of sweetness.

Devil’s Manhattan
Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Southern Comfort, dry Vermouth and
Angostura Bitters shaken and strained into a Martini glass.

Classic Martini
Tanqueray Export and Noilly Prat shaken or stirred. Served straight with an olive or a twist.

Mojito
Fresh mint, lime juice and sugar syrup muddled together then shaken hard
with Cachaca and a dash of angostura bitters. Served long topped with soda.

Espresso Martini
Tia Maria, Vodka and single espresso shaken on ice, terrific
after dinner cocktail, a great alternative to an Irish coffee.
