Bramble
Plymouth gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, Crème de mure ( blackberry liqueur ) and crushed ice. Sweet and sour, strong and punchy with a blackberry finish.

Bloody Mary
Our own chilli vodka, fresh tomato juice, lemon, dry sherry, celery salt and black pepper, shaken with Tabasco. A classic.

Classic Martini
Tanqueray export and Noilly Prat shaken or stirred served straight with an olive or a twist.

Espresso Martini
Tia Maria, vodka, and single espresso shaken on ice. Terrific after dinner cocktail, a great alternative to an Irish coffee.

( France 13.50% ) Good fruit concentration, warm and Inviting. Full, round and intensely rich.

La Huerta Merlot ( Chile 13% vol )
A velvety bouquet with a hint of damsons gives way to a soft, rich and ripe plumy fruit palate. Very drinkable with soft elegant tannins.

Petilant De Syrah ( France 12.5% vol )
Wonderfully refreshing sparkling rose from Provence. Delicate bubbles and great flavours. Excellent value.
